Happy Hour
Monday through Friday, from open until 6:00 p.m. Get $2 off all beer and wine, plus free Wi-Fi and free popcorn. Stop in after work, or bring a laptop and stay a while.
What We Pour
Ten rotating taps of craft beer and cider, with a focus on local breweries. We pour Alvarado Street, Ghost Town, Original Pattern, Great Notion, and Barebottle often, plus cider from Humboldt Cider. Our wine list features small producers along with classic favorites: eleven wines by the glass or bottle, covering sparkling, white, orange, rosé, chilled red, and red. Recent pours include lambrusco, sauvignon blanc, orange chardonnay, pinot noir, and cabernet sauvignon. We also carry seven sakes, five beers in cans and bottles, hard seltzer, and hard cider. Not drinking? We have non-alcoholic beer, sodas, and mocktails. The taps change often, so check the Menu page or ask the bartender what’s new.
Watch the Game Here
We show the Valkyries, Warriors, Sharks, 49ers, Giants, and Bills on large TVs, with plenty of seating for groups. Game days and watch parties are what this room is built for.
Official Golden State Valkyries Bar
The Golden State Valkyries are the 2026 WNBA Champions! They beat the Atlanta Dream 68-63 in Game 7 at Chase Center on October 31 to win the title in just their second season. The Red Tail is part of the Golden State Valkyries Bar Network, and we show every Valkyries game on our big TVs with the sound on. Wear violet and come early for big games. Let’s go Valks!
Food
We have light snacks, and popcorn is free during happy hour. You’re welcome to bring your own food. Order from our neighbors on Irving Street: Mezze and Mooore II, Foghorn Taproom, Hahn’s Hibachi, Koo, Lavash, Street Taco, Fiorella, San Tung, Sunset Indian Cuisine, and Gregoire. Order ahead and pick it up on your way in.
Beer & Wine To Go
Take some home. We sell cans and bottles of beer and bottles of wine to go, any time we’re open. Ask the bartender what’s available, or tell us what you’re cooking and we’ll suggest a bottle.
